How is a project scoped?
With a short call, then a written proposal. We ask about your users, workflows, existing systems and timeline, then send a fixed scope with a price and a schedule. The figures on this page are starting points, not quotes.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes. Web Presence, Portal Build and Platform Partner share the same stack, so a site can become a portal, and a portal can move onto an ongoing engagement, without a rebuild.
Do you work with the tools we already use?
Usually. Integrations are scoped system by system: we read its API, map the data flow, and say plainly if something is not a good fit before you commit.
What happens after launch?
Every tier includes a support window. Platform Partner continues indefinitely, with monitoring, an on-call line and regular architecture reviews.
